Our family enjoyed the spacious King Room during our two-night stay, though the late-night street noise kept us awake. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom and an unexpected visitor. For a peaceful experience, request a room away from the street.

We enjoyed a spacious room and a nice shower during our one-night stay. The atmosphere was really relaxing, especially with the live acoustic music near the lounge and the cozy fire pit ambiance outside. Just a heads up, the noise from nearby pubs could get a bit loud, but it didn’t ruin our experience. 😊

I had a lovely stay at Billycan, which provided a spacious and comfortable penthouse that exceeded my expectations. The amenities were excellent, including modern bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The location was perfect for my business needs, offering easy access to local attractions and dining options. The restaurant on the ground floor served amazing food at reasonable prices, and the staff were attentive and accommodating.

The lounge area lacked privacy due to no curtains.

we had a lovely stay at billycan hotel. it was super central which made getting around tenby really easy. the king room was spacious and comfy, really decorated well. the staff were friendly and helpful too. dinner at the restaurant was amazin, just be aware portions are huge so skip the starter!

the only bummer was that there was no lift, so carryin bags up the stairs was a bit of a hassle. also, the street outside was busy, so it got a bit noisy at night.

Cleanliness left something to be desired. there were dirty towels in the bathroom and uncleaned cups, making it feel a little neglected. the laundry room's proximity was less than ideal, with the sounds of machines intruding on nighttime peace. Lastly, without breakfast options on-site, it felt like a missed opportunity for convenience that typically elevates a stay.

Great spacious King Room with a private bathroom and walk-in shower. The decor was fab and the staff were super helpful. Central location made everything easy to explore. Warning, dinner portions are huge, so maybe skip starters! No breakfast but loads nearby. Only downside was a bit of noise from the street at night.

Delicious meal, comfortable room, with the restaurant serving huge sharing dishes that are simply impressive and a relaxing bar/lounge area to unwind in after a day of exploring, conveniently located near Cardiff Airport for easy travel.

Nothing it is perfect.

I spent a night in a King Room at Billycan. The staff really stood out. they were friendly and helpful. The meal options were fantastic, especially the lunch and dinner I had there. I found the room to be a nice size, and the shower was excellent. the room could use a bit of maintenance. it needed fresh paint and there was dampness by the window. A light bulb was missing over the mirror, and one tile on the bathroom floor was loose. I had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi as well, which was frustrating. Even at £110 a night, I expected a higher standard. But the location is perfect for evening outings in Tenby.

Dined like royalty at Billycan—those big portions hit different! Plus, being right in the heart of Tenby made exploring a breeze, and the King Room was spacious with fab decor!

Had a whiff of cooking grease wafting in from the kitchen, not cute for the price we shelled out. And yeah, breakfast ain’t included, but we knew that beforehand.
